沈卫军博士是国际著名新药转化研发专家。在小分子药物发现、高通量筛选、治疗性多肽工程等方面具有丰富的研发经验。主持和参与50多个新药研发项目,并与制药企业达成多项技术转让和项目的合作;针对炎性肠炎(IBD)的长效GLP2多肽药物和针对帕金森综合症的长效GM-CSF抗体药目前正在美国进行临床1期的试验;针对糖尿病和非酒精性脂肪肝的长效多肽GLP1R/GIPR双激动剂正在美国开展临床申报实验,还有多种临床前候选药物将在两年内进入临床申报(IND)和临床研究阶段。
拥有超过15项专利,在各类高影响因子同行评议期刊中发表了40余篇论文(包括Nature, Nature Chem Biol, Nature Communications, Nature Chemistry, Science Advances, PNAS, JACS, ACIE, JMC等)。
