博士,“百人计划”副教授。2007年于兰州大学化学系(国家理科基地)获得学士学位,2014年于兰州大学获得博士学位(导师:王锐院士,张绪穆教授),主要从事药物导向的手性功能分子高效合成与修饰研究。近年来利用协同催化等策略发展新颖高效的催化体系(例如基于拟酶催化发展了原创性的ZhaoPhos配体),并成功应用于多种重要手性药物(前体)的高效绿色合成和生物活性分子的改造。目前在Acc. Chem. Res., Nature Comm.,Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Chem. Sci.、Org. Lett.、Org. Chem. Front.等期刊上发表高水平论文二十余篇。主持在研国家自然科学青年基金和深圳市基金项目,参与多项国家自然科学基金。

基于生命物质转化的化学本质,以手性药物和多肽药物的合成与修饰为导向,发展新颖高效的催化体系并用于手性分子的多样性构建,实现生物活性分子/药物(先导化合物)的精准合成、化合物库的构建以及功能研究。
